Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At SUNA LLC, we take pride in providing quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. We want you to have the best possible experience with our store, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help as best we can.

Please review the following policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for both physical and digital products.

  • Physical Goods: Returns for refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long it meets return conditions.
  • Digital Products: All digital downloads are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Available only for defective or damaged physical goods – if we messed up, we will gladly fix it.
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

1. Returns for Physical Goods

We want you to love your purchase, but if you don’t for any reason, you can return physical products under certain conditions.

Here’s how it works:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged (see Section 3).

How to Start a Return:

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. You can send an email to contact@suna3d.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the return, and relevant photos. Photo confirmation of the problem will help expedite the return process. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Exclusions from Returns and Refunds

While we’ll always do our best to make things right, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital Products: All digital downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Commissioned/Custom items cannot be returned/exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged (see Section 3)

3. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect our products, but if something arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right with an exchange.

Here’s how to request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@suna3d.com.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll send the next closest match or issue a refund instead.
